Why do you need to create a Customer Group for your Customers.
By creating groups, you can categorize your customers and offer them special benefits like discounts and promotions. It also helps you market more efficiently by sending targeted campaigns that resonate with each group's interests.
How to Create a Customer Group?
1. Click Sales and go to Customer Group
2. Click on Add New
3. You'll encounter this form for you to fill it up.
3.1 If this group has a special markdown pricing, fill this section here
Customer groups with special markdown pricing are like special group for your best customers. By assigning them to a group, you unlock special discounts they won't find anywhere else.
These exclusive deals can be anything from lower prices on your products or services to steeper savings on promotions.
3.2 If this group has a line item discount, fill this section here.
Customer groups with line item discounts take your VIP treatment a step further. While they still get special discounts, these line items discounts apply to specific items within their order, not everything.
3.3 If this customer group has loyalty point, just enable the toggle button here.
Customer groups with loyalty points turn your customers into VIP earners. Everytime they shop within the group, they rack up points for their purchases.
These points are like mini-rewards for their loyalty, encouraging them to keep coming back for more.
3.4 If this customer group has a special pricing, fill up this section.
Imagine offering exclusive deals on a single, hand-picked item just for your most valued customers. this could be a discount on a high-end product, a special price on a new launch, or even a way to clear out some inventory.
3.5 Once you're done, hit Save.
How to Add a Customer to a Customer Group?
1. In the customer page, click on the Ellipsis action button and choose Add to Group
2. Choose your Customer Group and click Add
How to Remove a Customer from a Customer Group?
1. In your Customer Group page, click on the Group Name
2. Click on Customer in this Group3. Click on the ellipsis action button and choose Remove Customer
