1. Fill up your company name, business registration number, address, and etc in "My Biztory > General". Other than the General tab, also do not forget to fill up information in other tabs too.

3. If you have specific payment terms or you want to create new payment terms but wonder how to do it:

    Payment terms - payment term is the conditions under which a seller will complete a sale. Or in a simpler form, it can be explained as when will your buyers have to return you your money.


4. Afterwards, you will need to create a product, if you have not create a product before,


5. After creating a product, you can now try out how to create an invoice, The steps are below:

  • select "sales invoice" under "sales" menu bar
  • click on "add new" and fill up the required information.
  • remember to save it once you are done filling the information
