How to migrate 6% SST to 8% SST 

For starters, verify whether your website is the classic or new version. If your website is the new version, you will have a new toggle switch button in the navigation bar. Switch it off to open the classic version.

Once you are already on the classic version of the website, please follow the steps below.

1. Click on your profile picture and click My Biztory

2. Scroll down the page to find the SST settings. Check to see if they are enabled. If they are not enabled, please select 'Yes'.

3. Click Save

4. Click on % and click SST Settings

*Users who switch from the new version to the classic version may refer to the figure below.

5. Click on the SST-6 and you find the option to change it to SST-8

6. Click Save

7. And you're done.

How to migrate 6% SST to 8% SST with CSV? 

1. Click on the 3 stacking cube icons and click Product / Services.

3. Click Add New and select Export Product

2. Click Add New and select Import Product

3. Click on Download Sample CSV

4. Copy the exported product that you downloaded into the sample CSV and change the cell of Supply Tax code to SST-8.

5. And next you want to import the product into Biztory by clicking Import Product under Add New

6. After importing the CSV product, be sure to click confirm. 

7. After clicking confirm, click Back.

9. You will see the item code, BT-4 in the list and click the Edit icon.

10. Click Advanced.

11. Scroll down to Sales Info, and check the SST Tax Code whether it is SST-8.
