How to record journal (rental) and print to official receipt ?

• Navigate to Chart of Accounts: Access the chart of accounts section in Biztory

• Add New Account: Click on "Add New" to create a new account entry

Fill in Details:

• Name: Enter "Rental" in the name column.
• Account Type: Choose "Other Income" from the account type options and key in the below details and save .

• Navigate to Products: Go to the products section in Biztory.

• Add New Product: Click on "Add New" to create a new product entry.

Fill in Product Details:

• Item Name: Enter "Rental" as the name of the product.
• Associated Account: Choose the chart of accounts you previously created for rental income.
• Untick Options:
  • "I purchase this item from supplier": Ensure this option is unticked since it's a rental item and not purchased.
  • "Track the quantity of this product": Untick this option if you don't need to track inventory quantity for rentals.
  • Save: After entering all necessary details, save the new rental product entry.

• May create in Sales invoice and can print out the official receipt from there
