how to withdraw prepayment

Withdrawing a prepayment generally involves reversing or adjusting a payment that was made in advance

1. Go to Sales>customer

2. Edit the customer with prepayment

3. Click on prepayment> withdraw
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
