A Return Merchandise Report is a document used to track the return of products, typically involving a consignment note and a delivery order. In consignment scenarios, it details receiving goods from a consignor, selling them, purchasing sold items, and creating a delivery order for unsold items. In delivery order scenarios, this report tracks products delivered to customers that are later returned, documenting the return process and helping manage inventory and refunds. This report ensures proper documentation for inventory management and financial adjustments.

How to view the Return Merchandise Report?

1. Click on Reports and select View More

2. Click on Custom

3. Click on Return Merchandise Report to view it

4. Click on Filter

5. Select a Document Type to view the Report

6. Click on Apply

(You will see all the data that matches to the document type)

7. Use the various filters to refine your search results.
