Why cannot delete the product when other branch still have quantity?


You cannot delete a product in Biztory when there is still stock in other branches, as this is to maintain data integrity and inventory accuracy.


When a product exists in multiple branches, deleting it could lead to discrepancies in inventory records and affect sales, orders, and reporting. Therefore, the system restricts deletion to ensure that all inventory levels are correctly tracked and managed across all branches.


If you need to remove the product, set the remaining stock quantity to zero.



Please refer to the Step below :





1. If the product still have stock balance, it cannot be delete and will shows out error message in 

  "Bottom left corner"





2.Go back to the branch you have created the product





3. Choose the product and click the "three dots" to "adjust stock





4. Fill in the required field and the Stock amount must be " 0 " then " Save"




5. It only can be delete successfully in the Product List
