How To Edit Customer Info (New Vers.)
Learn the steps to efficiently edit customer info and details, ensuring your data remains accurate and up-to-date.
1. Click on Sales and select 'Customer'
2. Select the 3 dots on a customer you want to edit
3. Select edit
4. Edit the name
5. Check set e-invoice details for this customer
6. Set an identification type
7. Enter the NRIC No.
8. Choose a Tax Identification No.
9. Select the 3 dots
10. Select edit to edit contact details
11. Choose Add Contact Detail to add extra information
12. Edit Customer Short Name
13. Edit Fax
14. Choose payment terms
15. Choose a salesperson
16. Select a customer group
17. Enter a remark
18. Check "I'm trading with this customer"
19. Check on Enable guest portal for this customer
20. Check Set credit limit for this customer
21. Enter the Credit Limit
22. You may add additional fields
23. Choose the field name
24. Enter the field value
25. Check Include when print
26. Check Auto Fill
27. Click on Save
