How To Add E-Wallet As Payment Method/Wallet (New Vers.)
Adding an e-wallet as a payment method allows for seamless digital transactions, making payments and wallet management more convenient and efficient.
1. Click on Cashflow and select 'Wallets'
2. Click on Add New
3. Set the name as 'E-Wallet'
4. Select 'Others' as its type
5. Set "E-Wallet" as the payment method
6. Check 'Pay with this method' to make payments
7. Check Receive payment with this method (optional)
8. Choose a bank as the account type
(To create a Chart of Account you may refer to How to create chart of account (New version))
9. Add a Description (optional)
10. Check Include this account into cashflow calculation (optional)
11. Check Do bank reconciliation for this account (optional)
12. Click on Save
13. Select an unpaid invoice
14. Select the payments tab
15. Click on Add Payment
16. Choose E-Wallet as the payment method
17. Click on Save
