How To Set Up Wallet
Setting up a wallet is essential for managing your digital transactions smoothly. By setting up a wallet, you ensure that your financial activities are streamlined and organized.
1. Click on Cashflow and select "Wallet"
2. Click on Add New
3. Select a wallet type
4. If you chose a bank type then select a bank
Every bank is different, therefore you must create another category for each bank used.
If you have two accounts associated to the same bank (e.g. 2 Maybank accounts), Make sure to create twice with a different name.
5. Enter a name for the wallet
6. Click on "Show advanced settings" for more settings regarding to the wallet
7. Enter a description
8. Choose an associated account
Select the category of account for this bank/cash account to tie it up with.
It is acceptable to leave the 'Associated Account' field blank, as the system will automatically assign the most appropriate category to your wallet.
9. Check the box to include this account into cashflow calculation
10. Check the box to do bank reconciliation for this account
11. After completing the steps, you may proceed to set up the payment method for your wallet
12. Click on Save
