如何客制化发票的设计以及添加/撤销签名栏

  1. 点击收入中的Sales Invoice
  2. 找出客户的名字再点击蓝色的列印
  3. 右上角可选择Customize 在设计上做出更改。


如果您想添加任何备注, 银行户口号码或附加条规, 可以根据以下的步骤:

  1. 拉下去找页脚设定

  2. Footer note选择Override master settings/以自定义设置取代原有设置

  3. 把格子打勾

  4. 填下想加进去的句子

  5. 右上角点击储存


如果想撤销签名, 可以根据以下的步骤:

  1. 点击页脚设定

  2. 点击Left Signature或是Right Signature

  3. 取消打勾

  4. 点击储存
