How to add invoice remark?

If you want to have some extra information in your invoice's receipt, you can insert your text in "Invoice Remarks". Do remember it can be printed out.


1. Create a new invoice and key in all needed information.

2. You can see "Invoice Remark" at the bottom.

3. Insert the information you want and you can style it too. Or add in images.
4. You also can add in the hyperlink you want. You can follow below the screenshot Step 1 highlight the “website” word, then follow Step 2 to click. (Copy the link and paste in the column) Please refer the 2rd screenshot.

5. After you save the Invoice, you can click the link when you print out the Invoice. That will go to the website page.

4. When you click "print", it will be shown above signature part.
Click "Website" will bring you to the website page.



Note:

  • M/ Growth Plan user only support for 2 invoice remark templated.
  • L/ Pro Plan user only support for 5 invoice remark templated.
