你可以增添新用户以及设置他们的角色和密码。用户的数量是在用你所subscribe 的plan。你的plan是会显示在上方的menu bar。
- 添加新用户，可以在menu bar 中找到 My Users
- 之后点击Add New+的按钮
可登录者/不可登录者
- 可登录者：登录者会需要ID和Password才能登录以及使用Biztory的功能。
- 不可登陆者：这一类使用者不需要任何ID和Password，他们只允许记录invoice资料，角色为Sale Person。
*用户ID：名字记录在User Info 里。
