How to Give Loyalty Points to Your Customers

Firstly, ensure that you have enabled Loyalty Points

If your account has not been enabled loyalty points, you may contact customer service to help you enable loyalty points, configure the loyalty points conversion and enable payment earn points. Secondly, ensure that your customer has an email.

To give loyalty points to every customer, you must have their email addresses and verify them.


1. Click on Sales and go to Customer.






2. Find your customer and click on the customer name

(If you don't have any existing customer or want to add a new customer, 

you may refer to: How to create a customer in Biztory)





3. Click on Details






4. You can check you customer email here.
• Each customer’s email address needs to be verified. This step is crucial to ensure that the email addresses are valid and belong to the correct customers







How to give points to your customer?

Step 1 to step 14 are guiding how to give points to customer once the invoice is saved. If you would like to give points to your customer after the payment is made, you may jump to step 15.


1. Click on Sales and go to Sales Invoices

2. Click on Add New

3. Click on Add Customer

4. Select the customer you want to give loyalty points

5. Once you select customer, you can see the loyalty points available for the customer

6. Click on Confirm

7. Click on item code, after filling in the details such as date, salesperson and etc.

8. Select an item and enter the quantity and price

9. Click on Save

10. After clicking "Save", you will be redirected back to the sales invoice page with a success snackbar confirmation.

(Then, your customer will earn loyalty points. If you want your customer earns points after making payment, you can jump to step 15)

11. Click on the customer name

14. You can see the loyalty points available for the customer has increased

(If you don't want your customer to earn points after payment is made, you may skip all the steps below.)

How to give points to your customer after making payment?

If you want to give points to your customer after payment is made, make sure your account has been enabled payment earn points. Not only that, your customer need to make full payment to earn points. If you realize your customer earns point without making payment, it means your account has not enabled payment earn points. Hence, you need to contact Customer Service via the floating chat button. 


15. Click on Sales and go to Sales Invoices

16. Click on the Ref No. with the customer that you want to give points

Click on the Ref No. with the customer that you want to give points





17. Click on Add Payment

18. Drag to scrollbar to right

19. Type the amount

(To get points, customer must pay the full amount)

20. Select a payment method

21. Click on Save

(If you have enabled approval for transaction, you will need to approve the transaction to give points to your customer.)


Click on Save





22. Click on Back

23. Click on the customer name of the invoice

26. You can see the loyalty points available for the customer are increased

(The number of points a customer earns depends on the configuration of the loyalty points conversion that is set. If you want to change the points earn rate, you may contact Customer Service .)
