How to Enable Loyalty Points to Customer Group

How to enable customer group loyalty points

If you enable loyalty points to a customer group, customers in the customer group will earn points. However, customers who are not in the customer group are unable to earn points. You are able to enable loyalty point to multiple customer group.



1. Click on your profile picture






2. Click on Company


Click on Company





3. Click on settings


Click on settings…





4. Click on Customer


Click on Customer





5. Click on Customer Group Loyalty


Click on Customer Group Loyalty





6. Check Enable loyalty for every group

(Once you have checked enable loyalty for every group, it will appear a success snackbar after a few seconds)


Check Enable loyalty for every group





7. Click on Sales and go to Customer Group


Click on Sales and go to Customer Group





8. Click on a customer group that you want to enable loyalty points

(If you don't have a customer group or you want to add new customer group, 

you may refer to: How to Create Customer Group)


Click on a customer group that you want to enable loyalty points





9. Click on Edit


Click on Edit





10. Check Enable loyalty for this group


Check Enable loyalty for this group





11. Click on Save

(Each customer group has the toggle for enabling loyalty points, if you want to enable loyalty points for another customer group, you may redo from step 7 to 11)


Click on Save
