Utilizing Category Filters in the Inventory Change Report

1. Navigate to the “Sales” section.

  • Select View Report.


2. Click on Inventory Change Report





3. Date Range Selection - Enter the desired date range for the report.


4. Filtering options - Choose to filter the report by:

  • Product : Select a specify product from the dropdown list.
  • Category : Choose a category to filter products accordingly.
  • Click on the "Search"button to generate the report based on your selected criteria.


4. Column Customization - Tailor the report by showing or hiding relevant data columns.

  • Click on the "Columns" dropdown to customize the report:
  1. Check All/Uncheck All: Easily select or deselect columns to display.
  2. Customize Columns: Choose to show or hide columns such as Quantity, Unit Price, Total Sales, etc.

5. Export Options 

  • After generating the report, you can :
  • Export (CSV)
  • Print


Your report will display filtered results according to your specified date range, product/category selection, and column preferences.
