Why Should You Use Consolidated Management?
Consolidated Management simplifies financial oversight by combining data from multiple companies into one platform. It allows you to view customer information and consolidated reports such as profit and loss statements, and balance sheets, making it easier to manage finances and make informed decisions across your organization.

Firstly, ensure that you have enabled Consolidated Management
If your account has not been enabled consolidated management, you may contact customer service to help you enable consolidated management. If you don't know how to contact Customer Service, you may refer to : How to Contact Customer Service in Biztory
Secondly, set up your companies
1. Click on '+' and select Consolidated Management
2. Click on Add Company
3. Enter a subdomain name
4. Paste the API key
(If you don't know how to get an API key, you may refer to: How to generate an API key)
5. Click on Save
(Once you click Save, you will see the added company in the list)
Thirdly, view theconsolidated customers
6. Click 'Customer' to view the list of customers from all your added companies.
Fourthly, view the consolidated profit & loss
7. Click on 'Report' and select 'Profit & Loss' to view the consolidated profit and loss statement.
(Here, you can compare the profit and loss across your companies)
Next, view the consolidated balance sheet
8. Click on 'Report' and select 'Balance Sheet' to view the consolidated balance sheet statement.
(Here, you can compare the balance sheet across your companies)
