How to Enable Automatic Overdue Emails to Your Customers 


  • Go to Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu.


  • Click the Email Column: Select the 'Email' section.


  • Select 'Email Overdue': Choose the 'Email Overdue' option.


  • Enable 'Payment Overdue Email' Feature: Turn on the 'Payment Overdue Email' feature.
  • Configure Payment Overdue Options:
    • In the 'Payment Overdue Options' column, set the number of days in the first box.
    • Use the dropdown menu to select from the following options:
      • "On Due Date"
      • "Day(s) Before Due Date"
      • "Day(s) After Due Date"
