How to Enable Automatic Overdue Emails to Your Customers
- Go to Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Click the Email Column: Select the 'Email' section.
- Select 'Email Overdue': Choose the 'Email Overdue' option.
- Enable 'Payment Overdue Email' Feature: Turn on the 'Payment Overdue Email' feature.
- Configure Payment Overdue Options:
- In the 'Payment Overdue Options' column, set the number of days in the first box.
- Use the dropdown menu to select from the following options:
- "On Due Date"
- "Day(s) Before Due Date"
- "Day(s) After Due Date"
