How To Enable Currency (New Vers.)

Enabling currency allows transactions to be processed in different monetary units, supporting global sales and financial tracking.



1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Currency

Click on Currency



3. Select Multi-currency

4. Enable Multi-currency

5. Check which page you want to enable it in

6. Click on Currency

7. Select to use or remove this currency

8. Check enable

9. Click on the red tick mark to save

10. Click the exchange rate to update if it is different from default.

11. Enter the correct amount (if applicable)

12. Click on the check mark to save it

13. Click on Currency Exchange Rate to change it 

(You can apply this in Sales Invoice, Quotation, Purchase Invoice and Purchase Order)

14. Select your preferred currency exchange
