How To Understand Your Company Cashflow (New Vers.)
Understanding your company's cash flow means knowing how much cash you have versus bills to pay, and how many overdue customers you have. Cash flow is very important for a company. If you are clear about your company cash flow, you will know how to manage your business properly and lead it down the right path. Biztory Cloud Accounting system's dashboard gives you an overview of the reports and metrics you care about most and lets you monitor the cash flow metrics at a glance, so you can check the business performance and statistics.
1. You will first see your company Cashflow Overview on the first row on the dashboard when you login
2. Cash In Hand - total cash you currently have
3. Cash In Bank - total cash in your bank account
4. Total Due - total amount of cash that customers currently owe you
5. Total Outstanding - total bills you have not yet paid
6. Click either 'Cash in Hand' or 'Cash in Bank' columns
7. You can see your Cashflow Report
8. Below you can see your Annual Cashflow
9. Click on 'Total Due' column
10. Here you can see the 'Debtor Aging Report'
(Shows how long your customers have owed you money, helping you track overdue accounts.)
11. Click on 'Total Outstanding' column
12. Here you can see the 'Creditor Aging Report'
(Shows how long you owe money to your suppliers, helping you track overdue payments.)
