How to renew my subscription plan?

1. Before your plan ends, Biztory will send a subscription update reminder email to you 7 days before the payment debit from your credit card. *Please kindly ensure that your email is always updated in Biztory, if you have a new email address,click here to know how to update the payment information.* You can get to know the total amount to renew your subscription.

How to make payment to renew the subscription

For Quarterly, Biztory accept:

1. Auto credit card payment - your payment will be automatically debit 

2. Debit card payment - your payment will be automatically debit 

For Yearly plan, Biztory accept:

1. Auto credit card payment - your payment will be automatically debit 

2. Debit card payment - your payment will be automatically debit 

3. Bank transfer method *Please kindly inform our customer care in order to get the bank details and send us the bank slip as we have to keep the document for internal purposes.*

Or you can choose to upgrade your plan to a more advanced plan.

How can I upgrade my account? 

3. If you plan to remain the same plan, payment will be automatically debit from debit card or credit card on the due date to renew your Biztory account. 

4. If you were paying the plan with bank transfer method in the previous year, transfer your payment to renew the subscription to the bank details below.
