How to share e-invoice directly via Email / Whatsapp to the customer?

E-invoicing


An electronic invoice (e-invoice) is sent electronically over the internet, rather than being paper-based, and can be easily integrated into your customer's accounts payable system. Biztory E-invoicing is able the user to send the e-invoice via Whatsapp or by email. 


Why e-invoice is important?
With e-invoicing, you may save up manual data entry, accuracy check and swapping software that can be eliminated. It can reduce the manual work, which contributes to improved efficiency for both your customer and yourself. You may handly your invoices safe and secure and increased the visibility and control of cash flow. Before we send e-invoice to customer, let’s see how to create an invoice


Email invoice


  1. Create your new invoice or Edit your current invoice as usual.

  2. Find the “Save” button on the top right. 

  3. “Save and Email” your invoice. 

PS: Make sure the customer’s email address is correct


  1. Confirm to mail your invoice by “OK”.


Whatsapp / Copy URL link to send the invoice


  1. Back to the “Sales Invoice” page to view your invoice.

  2. Click the symbol that showed in the image below.

  1. Click “Share” and choose your selection to share your invoice.

  1. Click “Share invoice to Whatsapp”

  1. It will direct you to Whatsapp Web / Whatsapp Apps to send your invoice.
