How to create an invoice?

Biztory brings you a journey on creating your invoice online and enjoys the easiness to create invoices that you can download, print or send online to your customer.

Let us share with you a few tips on why you should create your invoice online? 

You may save up working time with e-invoicing instead of using templates and emailing PDFs. At the same time, this will minimize manual input and increasing automation, mistakes and typos are reduced. And, you may free from worrying about your invoice getting lost in the mail. The most important is you can easily keep track of all the invoices that you created.

Let Biztory help you in knowing How to create an invoice online. 

1. Click “Sales” and find “Sales Invoice” on the dashboard.

2. It will go to “Sales Invoice” page, you may view all your invoices and invoices details.

3. Click “Add New+” to create a new invoice.

4. You may follow the image below and fill in all the details needed.

   1. Fill in “Customer Info” and “Billing info”.

   2. Fill in the invoice information.

   3. Fill in all the items’ details.

   4. Additional function bar (icon from the left: Add payment tern, Add discount, Add extra details/information, create a new payment term)

   5. Click to “SAVE” your invoice or view the arrow for more options.

**P/S: Now, you could fill in more email address in the 'email' section for sending the email to all at once. 

For example: biztory123@biztory.com.my,biztorian213@biztory.com.my (Don't have to space between two email)

5. “Save” your invoice after done all the steps.

Now, you can send your invoice via email / Whatsapp. So, how to send e-invoice directly to your customer?
