How to pre-set, add and search for additional information?

To pre-set additional information

  1. Click on “My Biztory”.

  2. Click on the “Sales” tab.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the column beside “Additional Name” to fill in the additional info that you want to pre-set and click on “Add New” 

  1. Click on “Save” to save the changes that you have made.


To add additional information to the invoices / bills

  1. Go to “Sales” and choose “Sales Invoice”.

  2. Click on “Add New +” to create a new invoice (or click on the edit button  to edit).

  3. Click on the  Additional info button on the action bar to add a new field.

  4. Click on the button beside “Additional Info Name” and click on the drop-down button to select the additional field that you want to add.

  5. Fill in “Additional Info Details” on the right. 

  6. Tick the checkbox  at the end if you want the additional information that you added to be shown in your Invoice. 

The additional info details will be shown in the Invoice:

  1. Otherwise, untick it to hide it from the invoice. 

The additional info details will not be shown in the invoice:

  1. Then, click on “Save” to save the changes that you have made.



To search for Additional Information

  1. Go to “Sales” and “Sales Invoices”.

  2. Click on “Search Type” and click on “Additional Info” to filter out additional information only.

  3. Click on the search bar to search for the additional information that you want to find.
