Are there amounts that are still showing up on your Debtor or Creditor Aging Report even after making or receiving payment? Here are a few steps for you to fix this problem.

(We advise you to follow the list accordingly starting from the first step. If it still doesn't fix your problem, you can try the next step.)

  1. PURCHASE INVOICE - Go to Purchases > Purchase Invoice
Update purchase invoice and check whether your payment is done. You can see it under the 'Paid' tab.

  2. JOURNAL - Go to Accounting > Journal
Check your Journal. The Debit and Credit amounts must be the same.

  3. JOURNAL BINDING - Go to My Biztory > Accounting > General Journal Binding
You can reach out to our technical team to assist you with checking. If everything is alright on their part, please check your accounting linking and whether your journal is correct (if you made your own customisations).

  4. OPENING BALANCE - Go to Accounting > Opening Balance
View your Date for Opening Balance. Make sure the dates are the same with your purchase invoice. If it is an earlier date, adjust the date and save.

  5. PAYEE ID - Accounting > Journal
Check if Account Payable and Account Receivable is associated with a Payee ID. Click Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and click the date and check the Payee ID. The problem lies when you have no Payee ID is selected.

  6. GST - Go to My Biztory > General > GST
Check the invoice whether GST was previously enabled. If yes, enable GST to check whether amounts are the same as before. Click save on the invoice that has the problem.

UNTALLIED INVOICES - Superadmin > Untallied invoices
There will be 3 types of invoices, select one on the top left (either Sale, Purchase, or Expense). Tick the invoice that is untallied and then click Rerun on the top right.
