Filter of Converted and Unconverted Quotation

1. Choose the “Sales” tab and click “Quotation”.

2. The first button is showing all quotations that you created. 

3. As you can see there are “C” and “U” beside the list.

“C” stands for Converted and “U” stands for Unconverted.

4. Click “C”, you will see the converted quotation. 

*Converted Quotation is the quotation that was successfully converted into Sales Invoice*

5. Click “U”, you can now view the quotations that have yet converted into sales invoices.

The benefits of filtering the quotation:

1. You can immediately view which quotation is on hold or have been converted into sales invoices.

2. You can check the pricing of the quotation faster.
