How does the reward point generate for the customer?

• The point will be generated automatically once you activate the IO point in Biztory when you create a sales invoice. 

1. Create new sales by clicking “Sales Invoices”.

2. Click “Add New”.

3. Fill in your customer details to generate sales invoices.

4. The point to be earned will be shown at the bottom of the invoice. 

Eg. As we set RM1 = 10points, the amount of this invoice is RM100, the point to be earned will be 1000 points. (RM100 x 10points = 1000points)
