How to redeem the points for your customer?
Click “Add New +” to create new sales.
Find the customer.
You can see the Point balance below.
After choosing the product code, you can adjust the point to redeem. Then, click redeem.
As the 100 points = RM1, so Carmen Chan can discount RM10 in this invoice. Then, the point to be earned will also generate automatically based on the balance payment.
