How to create a Project ?

1. Go to “Product/Services” and choose “Projects”.

2. Click “Add New+” to add a new project.

3. Fill in the Project Name, the start date of the project and the completion date of the project.

4. Create a sales invoice and fill in the project.

How to view related Sales invoices/ Purchase Invoices/ Expenses/Quotations issued in different projects?

1 . Back to “Project” and click “Edit”.

2. Go to the “Sales Tab” (the second tab) to view the sales invoices. You can also view purchase invoices, expenses, and quotations in the following tabs. You can add new invoices/purchases/expenses/quotations here too by clicking the "Add New" button.

How to View profit and loss statements filtered by different projects

1. Go to “Accounting” and find “Profit and Loss”.

2. Choose “Project” in the filter and click “Search”.
