Why Invoice fully paid but still got outstanding ?

First : Please check your opening balance date.
(System only will capture all the data start from your opening balance date)

Please check your Invoice payment date. (Example : Invoice date is 1/4/2024 system have capture, but the payment date is before opening balance date.
