How to Enable Items and Customers Purchases on Guest Portal

Why do you need to enable customers purchases on Guest Portal?

  1. Enable Products/Services for Guest Portal

Firstly, ensure that you have enabled your products or services for Guest Portal.


1. Click on Products/Services and select Products/Services

2. Click on the Item Code for the item you want to sell on the Guest Portal

Click on the Item Code for the item you want to sell on the Guest Portal




3. Ensure that your item has available stock and enter the minimum notification quantity to avoid running out of stock

4.  Check Enable for guest


 Check Enable for guest



5. Click on Save


Click on Save 




After enabling items for the Guest Portal, you now need to enable the Guest Portal for your customers


6. Click on Sale and select Customer


Click on Sale and go to Customer



7. Click on your customer name

Click on your customer name



8. On Your Customer view page, click on Details tab

9. Ensure that your customer's email or phone is verified. If it is not verified, then click Verify.

(If the email or phone cannot be verified, it means that the email or phone does not exist)

10. Check enable guest portal for this customer

11. Once you have done, click on Save

(The invitation for Guest Portal will be sent to your customer's email or phone)
