How to Enable Payment Methods for Guest Portal payments

Why do you need to enable payment methods for Guest Portal payments?

Enabling a payment method for the guest portal allows customers to make payments using that method when they choose 'Manual Transfer'. This enhances the customer experience by providing them with more convenient payment options, potentially increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, it streamlines the payment process, making it easier and faster for guests to complete transactions, thereby improving overall efficiency and reducing the likelihood of abandoned carts.

 



1. Click on Cashflow and go to Wallets






2. Click on a Wallet that you prefer


Click on Wallet you want




3. Click on Edit


Click on Edit





4. On your preferred payment method, check Enable for Guest Portal payments 


On your preferred payment method, check Enable for Guest Portal payments





5.  On description, enter your bank name, beneficiary name and account number

(Wallet description will appear on the Make Payment page in the Guest Portal as a reference for customers selecting the payment method if they choose Manual Transfer)

 



5. Click on Save

(The payment methods you enable for the guest portal will appear on the Make Payment page in the Guest Portal)


Click on Save
