How Integrating TikTok with Biztory Can Streamline Your Business

Integrating TikTok with Biztory allows you to automatically sync your TikTok orders with your accounting system. This means you can easily track sales, manage inventory, and keep your financial records up to date without manually entering data. How to Integrate TikTok with Biztory

1. Click on Profile and select Settings on Company Tab

2. Click on Integration

3. Click on E-Commerce Store

(If you don't see this, it means your account has not enabled e-commerce store feature. Please contact Customer Service for assistance)

4. Click on Add Store

5. Select Tik Tok

6. Click on Confirm

7. Click on Authenticate Now

(Once authentication is complete, Biztory will link to your TikTok shop, even if the store addition process is not finished but you can cancel the authorization on TikTok Shop Seller Center)

8. Fill in your store info

9. Click on Confirm to install

10. Check to agree

11. Click on Authorize

12. You will see this, and the window will close automatically.

(On Biztory, you will automatically be taken to the next step after completing authentication.)

13. Select a default expense category

(When the system detects an expense without an associated category, it automatically links it to the default expense category.)

14. Click on Add Mapping (optional)

15. Link the expense category in e-commerce with Biztory 

16. Click on Next

17. Select order status to sync 

18. Here you can select salesperson's name for the synced order. (Optional)

(The selected salesperson will be assigned to every synced order.)

19. Every synced order from TikTok will have this tag on the view page.

20. Click on Save

(TikTok orders will automatically sync with Biztory)

How to edit store settings

21. Click on 3 dots

22. Click on Store Settings

23. Here you can edit the payment method settings

24. Click on Order Sync

25. You can edit order synchronization settings

26. Click on Save once you have done editing

How to Cancel Biztory's Authorization on TikTok

27. Log in to TikTok Shop Seller Center

28. Find 'Apps & Services' and click on it.

29. Click on App store

30. Click on 3 dots

31. Click on My apps and incidents

32. Click on Cancel

33. Check I understand the risks of canceling the authorization for this app or service.

34. Click on Cancel Authorization
