1) From the Tenancy list, find the tenancy that you wish to record Utility. You can also use the search bar to search for the payee's name or room name.
2) Click Edit button to view the tenancy's details.
3) Go to the "Collect Utility" tab by clicking on its icon.
4) Click "Collect Utility" button.
5) Fill in the Utility details
Previous Reading - reading of previous month
Current Reading - reading of current month
Cost per Unit - the price for each unit of reading
Total Unit = Current Reading - Previous Reading
Total amount = Total Unit X Cost per Unit
6) Hit save and the recorded Utility will appear under "Utility Invoices" section
