1. Got to "My Biztory" Setting --> Tenancy module Tab
2. You may preset 4 following items for your future use.
- Utility cost- you may preset how much is the cost per unit to your tenant. For example: RM2.00 per unit. The system will default the unit price when you click the billing for the utility
- Deposit- To preset which Chart of Account code needs to be linked
- Commission- To preset how much commission need to give for your introducer
