Unit's Profit and Loss
Use this report to see all Sales (rentals, utilities), Purchases and Expenses of a chosen Unit within the selected time period.
Vacant Leaderboard
This report gives you insight of room occupancy and how long have they been left unoccupied.
Tenancy Expiration
This report lists out all tenancies that are still valid and their expire date. You can further filter the list by viewing landlord or tenant's tenancies only.
Expected Revenue Report
You can check this report for pending and collected rentals.
Room History
This report will list out all tenancies that were tied to the selected room, including expired tenancies.
