How to manage your sales team? 

It’s not always easy to find a balance between encouraging quality performance and pushing sales reps with new goals. You can either inspire your teams and help them reach their goals with a visible sales target to the entire team, which leads to a clear target expectation to your members. You can follow the step below to assign your sales team.


  1. You may find “My User” on the top right corner.


  1. “Add new+” to add your member. (If needed)

  2. Tick on that you want to assign the sales target to (on the left) and click on “Edit this document” (on the right).

  1. Go to Extra section, on Role column, choose Sales.


  1. A new selection of Sale Target Report will appear under the Report Permission column, choose it.


  1. A new row of Subscribe To Sales Target Email will appear, choose YES to enable the email notification.

  1. A new row of Sales targets will appear further down the form, key in your sales target number into the column beside.

  1. Back to top right corner and click Save.
