Firstly, ensure that you have enabled Loyalty Points

If your account has not been enabled loyalty points, you may contact customer service to help you enable loyalty points, configure the loyalty points conversion and enable payment earn points. If you don't know how to contact Customer Service, you may refer to: How to Contact Customer Service in Biztory



Secondly, ensure that your customer has available loyalty points.  


1.Go to Sales, click on Customer






2. Find your customer and click on the customer name

(If you don't have any existing customer or want to add a new customer, 

you may refer to: How to create a customer in Biztory)




3. Click on Points






4. Here you can see the available loyalty points for your customer






How to redeem points for your customers?


1. Click on Sales and go to Sales Invoices






2. Click on the Ref No. with the customer that you want to give points

(If you don't know how to create a sales invoice, you may refer to: How to create a Sale Invoice )






3. Click on Add Payment







4. Click on Add Loyalty Point






5. Enter the number of points to redeem and click on Confirm.






5. You can see the loyalty points are used







6. Enter the amount that you want to pay including the amount of loyalty points 






7. Select a payment method






8. Click on Save

(If you have enabled approval for transaction, you will need to approve the transaction to give points to your customer after saving. If you want to check the loyalty points available for your customer after redeeming the points, you may jump to the step: Ensure your customer has available loyalty points )
