To record a refund in Biztory for a sales invoice, follow these steps
- Sales Invoice: Go to the Sales Invoice section.
- Find Invoice: Locate the invoice for which you want to record a refund.
- Edit Refund: Edit the refund details as necessary. Fill in the payment received for the refund amount.
- Save: Save the changes.
