Customizing your sales invoice print layout allows you to create professional, branded invoices tailored to your business needs. It ensures your invoices align with your company's identity by including your logo, preferred fonts, and layout design. Additionally, it lets you highlight important details, such as payment terms or personalized messages, enhancing clarity and communication with your customers.

1. Click on Sales Invoice

2. Click on print

3. Click on Customize

4. Make changes to 'For Sales Invoice' or 'For All Document'

(Selecting "For All Documents" applies the changes to all document types, such as Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Expenses, and more. Selecting "For Sales Invoice" applies the changes only to Sales Invoices.)

5. Click on Appearance

6. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Paper Orientation

7. Choose portrait or landscape

8. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Paper Size

8.1 Choose a Paper Size

9. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Paper Margin

9.1 Enter the amount of margin for the page

10. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Letterhead Font Size

10.1 Enter the size amount

10.2 Check the checkbox to hide the letterhead

11. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Title Font Size

11.1 Enter the size amount

12. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Title Font Color

12.1 Select your preferred color 

14. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Body Font Size

14.1 Enter the size amount

15. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Body Font Color

15.1 Select your preferred color

16. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Line Color

16.1 Select your preferred color

17. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Company Logo

17.1 This will allow you to show or hide the company logo

17.2 Ensure to upload a logo for it to be displayed

18. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Logo Size

18.1 Adjust the width and height of the logo

19. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the Decimal Points

19.1 Select the number of Decimal Points

20. Click on Save
