1. Muat turun templat CSV contoh Produk / Perkhidmatan.
2. Buka fail "sample_import_product" dengan Excel dan masukkan produk anda. Simpan dan tutup setelah selesai.
3. Klik kanan Fail "sample_import_product", Buka dengan Notepad.
4. Klik File > Save as
5. Klik pada "Encoding:" Pilih "UTF-8". Selepas itu klik Simpan.
6. Import file itu ke dalam sistem biztory.
